Haresh combines deep operational knowledge with broad strategic insight and has a track record of building and scaling businesses. Haresh is passionate about driving change and believes simplification of processes, belief in people & customer centricity is the key to success.
Previously as Sr. Manager, he spearheaded several initiatives across Global Infrastructure Services, Business Application Services, Business Process Services, and Analytics to create a more nimble and agile organization. These measures helped accelerate organizations ability to respond to customers and ensured deeper employee engagement.
Haresh drives strategic and long lasting partnerships with clients. Haresh believes that in today’s digital world, successful organizations are the ones, which have the ability to convert consumers’ aspirations into instant gratification.
Haresh’s career spans of 10 year tenure in TCS, where he handled multiple roles in business, technology, sales, operations and consulting. In his last role, as Sr. Manager Operations, he has done successful process migrations and helped the client / customer in not only reducing the cost only but increase in efficiency matrix for which he has been recognized for his personal contribution to the company.
Haresh has a master’s from ITM, Mumbai (Finance). He is also a Certified Software Quality Analyst and a Certified Six Sigma Green Belt, COPC and CMMi. Haresh is passionate about service and diversity and volunteers in the community and at Paddle Point. He also enjoys travelling, Indian music and reading fiction.
The other half of the founding duo, Ishank Ghulati heads the operations since the inception of Paddle Point. Having started out as being a telemarketer himself and then garnering hugely diverse set of skills sets during his long stint in the industry prior to Paddle Point, he brings a unique take to table. Being a Operations person, he is also the chief trouble shooter. Highly passionate and a stickler for efficiency Ishank has always backed the business goals set by Paddle Point’s CEO, Chintan Anjaria. A self confessed movie buff, he loves to binge watch them.
A Chartered Accountant by qualification, Khyati has being instrumental in structuring the cash flows, cost management etc thereby helping Paddle Point compete with the giants as competitors without compromising in the business deliverability. Her keen eye for detail has made the tax compliance is a smooth ride as it can prove to be a major challenge for BPOs operating out of India. Khyati also leads the welfare initiatives taken up by Paddle Point thereby realizing the CEO’s philosophy of maximum benefit to each stakeholder in the community. She dotes on her daughter immensely and is dedicated follower of international fashion weeks.
As one of the co-founders of Paddle Point, Chintan Anjaria’s remarkable tenacity, immense dedication and astute sense of business has indeed shaped the character of this rapidly growing organization. He has worked in each and every department of the business at some point and hence knows the processes inside out thus making him an approachable leader and empathetic CEO. Even after having started small, this management graduate always dreamt big and lend his organization the same ambition. Other than his vast experience and his adaptability owing to new learning’s, his ability to connect with each of the stakeholders within the organization or within the business eco-system has enabled him to take Paddle Point to great heights. Speaking of heights, Chintan loves sky diving and is an adventure and automobile junkie.
